Tigrinya Bible is designed to keep personal reading activity on your device. This policy explains the limited information processed when you choose an online feature.
Information kept on your device
Reading position, bookmarks, highlights, notes, saved verses, devotion preferences, first name, focus areas, and prayer requests are stored locally. NIPPT Tech does not receive this information. If you enable iCloud sync, Apple transfers supported reading data through your iCloud account under Apple's terms.
Ask AI
When you choose Ask AI, your question and the selected Bible passage are sent to Google Firebase AI Logic to generate a response. Google and its model provider process this content under their applicable terms and retention practices. Do not include confidential personal information in an Ask AI question.
Advertising and analytics
The free version may show Google Mobile Ads. Google and its advertising partners may process device identifiers, IP address, coarse location derived from IP, ad interactions, product interaction, advertising data, performance information, crash information, and consent choices to deliver, measure, and protect ads. Where required, the app presents Google's consent choices before requesting personalized advertising. Premium subscribers do not see ads. See the Google Privacy Policy.
Purchases
Premium subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. NIPPT Tech does not receive payment-card details. The app reads Apple's subscription entitlement only to unlock premium features.
App verification and network security
Firebase App Check may process device and app-integrity signals to protect online features from abuse. Hosting and delivery providers may process standard network information such as IP address, request time, and security logs.
Feedback and support
If you email us, your email address and message are used to respond and support the app. Email is retained only as reasonably needed for support and legal obligations.
Your choices
- Ask AI and iCloud sync are optional.
- You can manage advertising privacy choices from Settings when Google requires that option.
- You can remove local app data by deleting the app.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account.
Children
The app does not knowingly request personal information from children. Parents and guardians should supervise use of online features.
